+It was confirmed by delegation of [[South Korea]] and [[Poland]] to have intentions to participate, however, [[South Korea]] was not in touch for more than one month and missed all deadlines, while [[Poland]] remained uncertain of their participation till the very last day: the county has decided to withdraw mainly because of absence of a "good fit" to represent the country and has no choices. Eventually, both countries didn't appear in the final list.
