A request was received to change the country by IECO member Sergey Silkin. He reports that he chose the country by mistake, because he did not realize that he could choose any other country except {{IRL}} (in relation to a previous IECO activity). Because the participant has not yet submitted an application and did not participate from {{IRL}}, the administration decided to conduct a survey of all curators, because country change is prohibited, but there is a reasoned request. In the event that option for finds the support of the majority of all participants, the decision will be made in favor of the IECO member.

By decision of the vote of a clear majority of 72% of the IECO members who voted, as well as with the unanimous support of the administration of the organisation, member [[Members of the International Eurofan's Countries Organisation|Sergey Silkin]] was allowed to take another country due to a misunderstanding of the rules and an erroneous application for entry. (в отношении к предыдущей активности организации IECO) Т.к. участник ещё не подавал заявки и не принимал участия от {{IRL}}, администрция приняла решение провести опрос всех кураторов, т.к. смена страны запрещена, но есть аргументированный запрос. В случае, если вариант за найдёт поддержку большинства от всех участников, решение будет принято в пользу куратора.
