| It is planned that the competition will be held in two rounds in one final with the participation of ten songы, seach of which will go through a short poll, according to the results of which five songs will go to the second round of the final. | The voting system in the first round of the finals is a public assessment of each of the ten songs in the format of a short poll with marks from 12 to 1 (without ratings of 11 and 9 points).
