The <strong>Worldvision Song Contest Quarter 4 - 2024</strong> was the 9th edition of the [[Worldvision Song Contest]]. It is set to take place in [[:en:Tel Aviv|Tel Aviv]], [[Israel]], following the country's victory at the [[Worldvision Q3-2024|WorldVision Song Contest Q3-2024]] contest with the song "Ruin Me" by Elevator Boys. The contest was held TBA arena, and consisted of a semi-finals on 23 February 2025, and a final on 7 March 2025.

Two semi-finals has stayed with the same rules in this episode.

===Semi-Final Allocation Draw===

On February 14, the organizers of the contest presented the composition of the baskets for the draw. Thus, 30 countries were distributed into 6 countries in 5 baskets. This season, the distribution of the auto-finalist countries in the semi-finals was decided by voting: each country was assigned specific emojis (dolphin, starfish, yacht, sunglasses, palm tree, and chaise lounge). Based on the voting results, three auto-finalist countries were to receive voting places in the first semi-final, and the last three - in the second semi-final. The draw for the semi-finals was broadcast at 20:00 CET on 16 February. The draw also determined which semi-final each of the six automatic qualifiers – host country [[Israel]] and "Top-5" countries from the previous edition ([[France]], [[Germany]], [[Norway]], [[Poland]] & [[United States]]) – would vote in and be required to broadcast.

On February 18, the order of performances in the semi-finals was presented, which was determined by the show’s organizers themselves.

===Grand Final===

Twenty-six countries took part in the final, composed of the host country Israel, another five countries with its best result from the previous edition, and the ten best-ranked entries of each of the two semi-finals. The broadcast of the Grand Final took place on March 7, 2025, at XX:XX (GMT +3). All thirty-six participating countries with jury and televote will vote in the final.
