3.1. The participant is considered inactive and excluded from the Organisation, if during the last three months the Participant has not shown any activity in any of the Projects without any notifying to the Organisation, as well as in case of death or loss of the ability to participate.<br>

For the purposes of fair conduct of the Projects of the Organisation, close relatives or a dating couple have the right to stay and join the Organisation, but cannot simultaneously participate in one of the Project together. If the Participants become relatives or start a relationship while participating, and participate in one of the Projects of the Organisation, one of the Participants is obliged to stop participating in this particular Project, but may continue to be in the Organisation and participate in another Projects.<br>
