Worldvision Q4-2022: Difference between revisions

As of 1 May 2022, twenty nine countries have confirmed their intention to participate in the Summer 2022 edition (later renamed to Q4-2023), but only sixteen will promotion to the grand final. On 18 May 2022, the organizers of the competition decided to automatically admit [[Australia]] and [[Japan]] to the final. These countries were recognized as the founding countries of the competition. It was also announced that the final will be increased from 16 to 18 participating countries. On 8 June 2022, it was announced that [[Germany]] would not enter the contest without giving a reason. A little later on 11 July 2022, it became known that [[South Korea]] did not contact the organizers of the contest, which led to the country's automatic withdrawal from participation. However, after almost a half-year break in the organization of the competition, only 13 countries eventually took part in the first competition.
