As a result of the Adminstration's meeting, Nikita Likhanov may represent Monaco as wished at the beginning and had submitted at first and may continue to participate at the very first contest since he was already announced as a participant, and Adelina's request to represent {{FRA}} will have another chance to submit the application properly to become a member.
