General Policies & Rules of the IECO

1. Organisation and Projects

1.1. The International Organisation of Eurofan Countries IECO (hereinafter referred to as the Organisation) was created on a non-commercial basis to unite participants according to interests, musical hobbies and leisure activities.
1.2. The main content of the Organisation and its projects-competitions (hereinafter referred to as the Project) shall be published in Russian and English. Projects are held at the next platforms: mobile messenger Telegram, official website theieco.com and our own development - the Tatt forum.
1.3. The Organisation creates its own Projects, where each one of them has its own sub-rules that shall be compiled according to the main ones.
1.4. Only the Members of the Organisation (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) can participate in IECO Projects

2. Entry, Participation & Withdrawal from the Organisation

2.1. Anyone who has reached the age of 16 and has passed the observation period of 6 (six) months can join the Organisation. Each candidate for membership must complete an entrant test and collect recommendations from existing Participants.
2.2. To join the Organisation, the Participant must submit an application and select one of the available countries for curation from the list of available ones.
2.3. The participant may not change the chosen curation country under any circumstances. In case of membership termination in the Organisation by the Participant, returning is possible only with the same curation country that was chosen at the beginning, considering if it is free.
2.4. The Participant's participation in the Organisation may be terminated upon the member request, which should succeed after full termination of the activities in all of the IECO projects.
2.6. In case of termination of the Participant's membership, participation in all Projects of the Organisation shall be discontinued as well
2.7. The membership of the Participant may be temporarily frozen by the decision of the Administration or by the request of the Member. In order to do so, there shall be a valid reason that temporarilty prevents Member's participation in the IECO Projects.

3. Additional IECO Provisions

3.1. The participant is considered inactive and excluded from the Organisation, if none of the applications in any of the Projects has been submitted, inactivity of the Participant during the last three months in any of the Projects without any notifying to the Organisation, as well as in case of death or any other loss of the ability to participate.
3.2. The Organisation may decide to terminate membership of the Organisation in case of a great violation of the rules of one of the Projects, negative feedback from other Participants of the Organisation, presenting of false data, boorish or offensive attitude towards the Organisers or Participants, or violation of the rules of the Organisation.
3.3. For the purposes of fair conduct of the Projects of the Organisation, close relatives or a dating couple have the right to stay and join the Organisation, but cannot simultaneously participate in one of the Project together. If the Participants become relatives or start a relationship while participating, and participate in one of the Projects of the Organisation, one of the Participants is obliged to stop participating in this particular Project, but may continue to be in the Organisation and participate in another Projects.
3.4. Partial or complete copying of the materials of the Organisation and / or projects without the permission of the Organisation leads to the complete suspension of the Participant membership.
3.5. The Organisation is not responsible for the materials, messages, copyrights and textual information provided by the Participants in any of the Projects of the Organization.
3.6. Any Participant may propose changes to the rules of the Organization and/or the Projects of the Organisation.

Общая политика и правила IECO

1. Организация и Проекты

1.1. Международная Организация Стран-Еврофанов IECO (далее - Организация) создана на некоммерческой основе, для объединения участников по интересам, музыкальным увлечениям и проведения досуга.
1.2. Основные материалы Организации и её проекты-конкурсы (далее - Проект) проводятся на русском и английском языке. Местом проведения Проектов являются, мессенджер Telegram, сайт theieco.com и собственная разработка - форум Tatt.
1.3. Организация создаёт Проекты, где у каждого имеются собственные подправила, которые подчиняются основным. 1.4. Лишь члены Организации (далее - Участник) могут принимать участие в Проектах IECO

2. Вступление, Участие и Выход из Организации

2.1. Вступить в Организацию может любой желающий, достигший 16 лет и прошедший наблюдательный период в 6 (шесть) месяцев. Каждый кандидат на вступление должен пройти проверку и собрать рекомендации действующих Участников.
2.2. Для вступления в Организацию, Участнику необходимо подать заявку и выбрать одну из доступных стран для курирования из списка свободных.
2.3. Участник не может изменить выбранную страну курирования ни при каких обстоятельствах. В случае прекращения Участником членства в Организации, восстановление возможно только с той же страной курирования, которая была выбрана при вступлении, при условии что она свободна.
2.4. Участие Участника в Организациии может быть прекращено по личному запросу Участника, которому должно предшествовать прекращение деятельности в Проектах.
2.5. В случае нарушения положений и/или длительной неактивности
2.6. В случае завершения членства Участника, прекращается участие во всех Проектах Организации
2.7. Членство в Организации может быть заморожено по решению администрации или по запросу Участника, в случае если для этого имеется вполне весомая причина, которая может препятствовать временному участию в Проектах.

3. Дополнительные Положения IECO

3.1. Участник признаётся неактивным и исключается, если не подал заявки на участие ни в одном из Проектов, неактивности в течении последних трёх месяцев без какого-либо уведомления Организации, а также в случае смерти или иной причины потери возможности принятия участия.
3.2. Организация может принять решение об отстранении членства Организации, в случае грубого нарушения правил одного из Проектов, негативных отзывов других Участников Организации, предоставлении недостоверных данных, хамского или оскорбительного отношения к Организаторам или Участникам, или нарушения данного положения правил Организации.
3.3. В целях честного проведения Проектов Организации, близкие родственники или встречающаяся пара имеют право находиться и вступать в Организацию, однако не могут одновременно принимать участие в одном Проекте. В случае если Участники становятся родственниками или начинают отношения во время участия в одном из Проектов Организации, один из Участников обязан прекратить участие конкретно в данном Проекте, однако может продолжить находится в Организации и участвовать в других Проектах.
3.4. Частичное или полное копирование материалов Организации и/или Проектов без разрешения Организации ведёт к полной приостановке членства Участника.
3.5. Организация не несёт отвественности за материалы, сообщения, авторские права и текстовую информацию предоставленную Участниками в любом из Проектов Организации.
3.6. Любой Участник может предложить внести изменения в положение правил Организации и/или Проектов Организации.
