Each participant, upon joining the party, received a random country on the map, with 50 starting points. Each city in possession brought 10 points. The task of each participant was to score the most game points in 15 days of the game, or to fulfill one of the two requirements for early completion of the game: a single victory (to score 626 points) and a victory in a coalition (to score a total of 910 points). Participants were not subject to restriction of freedom of action and their own tasks, with the exception of peace between the participants in the first three days of the game. In the event of a tie for any position, an additional factor in determining the best was to compare the number of all territories under the player's control by the end of the game.
