The <strong>Worldvision Song Contest Quarter 4 - 2023</strong> was the 5th edition of the [[WorldVision Song Contest]]. It is set to take place in [[:en:Oslo|Oslo]], [[Norway]], following the country's victory at the [[Worldvision Q3-2023|WorldVision Song Contest Q3-2023]] contest with the song "Head Up" by [[:en:The Score (band)|The Score]]. Organised by the [[Main Page|International Eurofan's Countries Organisation]] (IECO) and host broadcaster [[:en:NRK|NRK]]. The contest was held at the [[:en:Telenor Arena|Telenor Arena]], and consisted of a semi-final on 26 December 2023, and a final on 6 January 2024.

 

The winner was [[Lebanon]] with the song "Butterfly Dance", performed by Sasha Lopez and [[:en:AMI (Romanian singer)|AMI]]. [[France]] (best result), the [[United Kingdom]], [[Australia]] and [[Thailand]] (best result) rounded out the top five. [[Albania]] qualified for the final for the first time.

 

Twenty-nine countries have confirmed participation this season. [[Malta]] and [[Switzerland]] has participated for the very first time. [[Uzbekistan]] did confirmed its intentions but didn't appear in the final list. [[San Marino]] on the other hand was not allowed to participate due to a seasonal ban. Country has also no intentions as well to participate any further despite a very good results in the past.

Fifteen countries took part in the semi-final, of which 10 has advanced to the final. The broadcast of the semi-finals took place on December 26, 2023, at 16:00 (GMT +3).

Twenty-four countries took part in the final. The broadcast of the Grand Final took place on January 6, 2024, at 22:00 (GMT +3).

The viewers of the participating countries could be other members of the organization or other invited persons.<br>Each public voting member was invited by it's country, however when the participant was not able to do so, the public voting was assigned to each country as per the most possible compatibility of points with the Jury Member.
