From 15 to 16 September 2023, the general draw for the semi-finals and finals of the season took place. Envelopes were prepared for both semi-finalists and auto-finalists (15 envelopes for the semi-finals and 24 envelopes for the final), behind which the first or second part of the semi-final/final was encrypted. Also, after all the semi-finalists had chosen their envelopes and half of the performances in the semi-finals became known, on the same day the competition organizers announced the order of performance of the semi-finalists. [[Norway]], as the host country of the season, was offered two random serial numbers to perform in the final - numbers 08 and 22. The Norwegian delegation chose the 22nd serial number. | |||
