[[Lebanon]] participated in the [[Worldvision Q2-2023|Worldvision Song Contest]] Q2-2023 in Melbourne, the [[Australia]] with the song "Docteur" performed by Rori. The Lebanese broadcaster [[:en:Télé Liban|TL]] organised the national final for Q2-2023 contest in order to select the Lebanese entry for the Q2-2023 contest. Three entries competed in the national final, and the winner was announced on 3 June 2023 following the public vote.

== <strong>Format</strong> ==
Lebanese national selection Q2-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of three invited compositions released no earlier than 1 January 2021. The Lebanese broadcaster initially determined that Rory would represent the country in the competition, but the public determined the competition entry from those proposed by open voting.

Each voter had to cast one vote for their favorite song. The winner of the selection was determined by the application that received the most votes in the overall result.
