| ===Voting===
| |
| The voting system in the preselection has changed: so any interested participant in the upcoming competition (24 voters with the right to vote, including the representative from Japan) had the right to vote. Each voter had to give 1 point to the most liked composition and at the same time take 1 point from the most disliked composition. At the start of the voting, each composition had 10 points on the balance sheet. As a result, 15 voting participants used the right to vote.
