[[South Korea]] participated in the [[Worldvision Q1-2023|Worldvision Song Contest]] Q1-2023 in Manchester, the [[United Kingdom]] with the song "Dreamers" performed by [[:en:Jungkook|Jung Kook]]. The South Korean broadcaster [[:en:Korean Broadcasting System|KBS World]] organised the national final for Q1-2023 contest in order to select the South Korean entry for the Q1-2023 contest. Four entries competed in the national final, and the winner was announced on 30 December 2022 following the public vote.

Share The Moment Q1-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of four invited compositions released no earlier than 1 October 2021.

Voting took place with the participation of jury members and viewers in the proportion of 50% to 50%. Six members of the jury (which included [[Australia]], [[Netherlands]], [[Kazakhstan]], [[Japan]], [[Portugal]] and [[North Macedonia]]) had the right to evaluate the compositions with marks of 14 , 12, 10, 8, 5 and 1 points so that the scores from one voting member of the jury are not repeated. The winner was determined by the highest total of all points scored.
