=== Changes to the voting system ===
Due to low amount of participants, for the first time it won't be possible to conduct points in full: there are only 6 participants and the scoring system has 7 scores; Thus, a new system of 1, 2, 3, 5 & 7 ("the lucky seven") of five scores were introduced, which leads to all participants getting at least some points from all voting countries. Hence, in this edition it won't be possible to score a total 0 or less than 5 points overall.

Hence, in this edition it won't be possible to score a total 0 or less than 5 points overall.
