Croatia has participated in the Worldvision Song Contest 9 times since their debut in Q1-2023. However, the country was supposed to debut in the Q4-2022 contest. The contest is broadcast in Croatia by HRT.

Its best results were achieved by Clara Luciani in Q2-2024, who finished in sixth place. The Q4-2023 season marks the first time the country has failed to qualify for the final. Croatia has failed to qualify for the final 5 times so far. In contrast, Croatian worst result was in the semi-final is the last place to have been achieved once: in Q3-2024 when Tea Tairović received 34 points for their entry "Da Si Najbolji".

Croatia sends compositions in various languages to the contest. So far, the country has already been represented by compositions in English, French, Serbian and Russian from performers from various countries. Tea Tairovic represented the country three times, but failed to qualify for the finals in any of her appearances.
