[[South Korea]] participated in the [[Worldvision Q1-2023|Worldvision Song Contest]] Q2-2023 in Melbourne, [[Australia]] with the song "Keep Me Up" performed by [[:en:B.I|B.I]]. The South Korean broadcaster [[:en:Korean Broadcasting System|KBS World]] organised the national final for Q2-2023 contest in order to select the South Korean entry for the Q2-2023 contest. Five entries competed in the national final, and the winner was announced on 30 May 2023 following the public vote.

Share The Moment Q2-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of five invited compositions released no earlier than 1 January 2021.

Only the audience took part in the voting, each of which could cast one vote for several favorite compositions. The composition with the highest number of votes was determined as the winner of the selection. In total, 11 spectators took part in the voting.
