Format
Share The Moment Q3-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of four invited compositions released no earlier than 1 January 2021.
Voting
The voting consisted of votes from the international and national juries. Each jury member had to rate each composition with a score from 1 to 10 points. All points were summed up and presented as a total.

Voting took place from 29 August to 4 September 2023.
