[[Israel]] participated in the [[Worldvision Q3-2023|Worldvision Song Contest]] Q3-2023 in Cologne, [[Germany]] with the song "Cry With the Wolves" performed by Sina Moonlake. The Japanese broadcaster [[:en:Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation|Kan]] organised the national final for Q3-2023 contest in order to select the Japanese entry for the Q3-2023 contest. Four entries competed in the national final, and the winner was announced on 4 September 2023 following the public vote.

National Selection of Israel Q3-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of four invited compositions released no earlier than 1 January 2021.

Each voting member of the jury had to send their top 7 songs of the selection. Then each sent top voting member of the jury was transferred to the points system: 48, 42, 36, 28, 20, 12, 4 points.
