The Worldvision Second Chance Q4-2023 - was the 5th edition of the Worldvision Second Chance that has been ever made. The contest took place on 17 January 2024.

Eleven countries held their open national selections and one country organized consultations to select an application from their shortlist for participation in Worldvision Q4-2023. Australia, Hungary, Lebanon and Thailand return, while Canada, Portugal, Spain and Sweden withdrew from the contest.

The winner was the Denmark with the song "Explosive", performed by CuteBad. Australia, Israel, Germany and the United Kingdom rounded out the top five.

Location

The competition was held in an online version and did not assume a host country.

Format

On December 20, 2023, it became known that eleven countries were able to fully conduct their selections for Worldvision Q4-2023. According to the rules of the competition, all these countries qualify for the second chance competition. The competition was held in the format of one final.

Entries

Admission to countries was granted based on the presence of a national selection. Starting from this season, only those countries that held an open selection for the main competition of the same season were eligible to participate in the Second Chance.

Rule Changes

From this selection, it was defined that only countries with completely open national selections with three or more songs and countable digit-based results can be eligible to participate in the contest.

The countries listed below are eligible to participate after an open selection for participation. 11 countries were allowed to participate in the second chance.
