Share The Moment is a song competition organised by KBS World every six months. It determines the country's representative for the WorldVision Song Contest, and which was to begin since summer 2022.

Origins

The first "Share The Moment" was supposed to start on 10 June 2022, but for unknown reasons, the competition was canceled despite the fact that the first round of the season was held in full.

Participation

To be eligible, performers must be at least sixteen years of age on the day of the first Worldvision semi-final. There were no restrictions on the Korean affiliation of the performers, as well as language restrictions. The number of participants for the season is also not reported.

Hosting

The first season was decided to be held in Seuol, but the season was canceled after the first round of two was held completely.

Format

It was planned that the competition should be held in two rounds in one final with the participation of ten songs, each of which will pass a short poll, according to the results of which five songs will go to the second round of the final. In the second round of the final, both the audience and the jury must take part in the voting.

Voting

The voting system in the first round of the finals is a public assessment of each of the ten songs in the format of a short poll with marks from 12 to 1 (without ratings of 11 and 9 points). At the moment, it is known that the audience and the jury will take part in the voting in the second round of the final.
