Spain in the Worldvision Q2-2023
Spain participated in the Worldvision Song Contest Q2-2023 in Melbourne, Australia with the song "La Idea" performed by Abraham Mateo. The Spanish broadcaster TVE organised the national final for Q2-2023 contest in order to select the Spanish entry for the Q2-2023 contest. Ten entries competed in the national final, and the winner was announced on 3 June 2023 following the jury vote.

Bella Amor Festival Q2-2023 was the 3rd edition and took place on 3 June 2023. The winner of the contest will be eligible to represent Spain at Worldvision Song Contest Q2-2023.
Format
Bella Amor Festival Q2-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of ten invited compositions released no earlier than 1 January 2021.
Voting
Thirteen members of the jury (which included Germany, Hungary, Israel, Japan, Portugal, New Zealand, South Korea, North Macedonia, Australia, Lebanon and Spain) had the right to evaluate the compositions according to the system of 12, 10, 8-3 points from the best to the worst composition. The winner was determined by the highest sum of all points scored.
Final
Voting took place from 2 to 3 June 2023.
