South Korea participated in the Worldvision Song Contest Q1-2023 in Manchester, the United Kingdom with the song "Dreamers" performed by Jung Kook. The South Korean broadcaster KBS World organised the national final for Q1-2023 contest in order to select the South Korean entry for the Q1-2023 contest. Four entries competed in the national final, and the winner was announced on 30 December 2022 following the public vote.
Share The Moment Q1-2023 was the 2nd edition and took place on 30 December 2022. The winner of the contest will be eligible to represent South Korea at Worldvision Song Contest Q1-2023.
Format
Share The Moment Q1-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of four invited compositions released no earlier than 1 October 2021.
Voting
Voting took place with the participation of jury members and viewers in the proportion of 50% to 50%. Six members of the jury (which included Australia, Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Japan, Portugal and North Macedonia) had the right to evaluate the compositions with marks of 14 , 12, 10, 8, 5 and 1 points so that the scores from one voting member of the jury are not repeated. The winner was determined by the highest total of all points scored.

Voting took place from 19 to 29 December 2022.
