Canada participated in the Worldvision Song Contest Q3-2023 in Cologne, Germany with the song "Used To Be Young" performed by Miley Cyrus. The Canadian broadcaster CBC organised the national final for Q3-2023 contest in order to select the Canadian entry for the Q3-2023 contest. Four entries competed in the national final, and the winner was announced on 3 September 2023 following the public vote.
National Selection of Canada Q3-2023 was the 1st edition and took place on 3 September 2023. The winner of the contest will be eligible to represent Canada at Worldvision Song Contest Q3-2023.
Format
National Selection of Canada Q3-2023 was held in the format of one final with the participation of four invited compositions released no earlier than 1 January 2021.
Voting
Each of the voting members of the jury gave marks of 10, 7 and 8 points from the most liked to the most disliked song.
