The <strong>Worldvision Song Contest Quarter 4 - 2024</strong> was the 9th edition of the [[Worldvision Song Contest]]. It is set to take place in [[:en:Tel Aviv|Tel Aviv]], [[Israel]], following the country's victory at the [[Worldvision Q3-2024|WorldVision Song Contest Q3-2024]] contest with the song "Ruin Me" by Elevator Boys. Organised by the [[Main Page|International Eurofan's Countries Organisation]] (IECO) and host broadcaster [[:en:Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation|Kan]]. The contest was held TBA arena, and consisted of a semi-finals on 23 February 2025, and a final on 7 March 2025.

Thirty-six countries ~~will participate~~ in the contest, with [[Bosnia and Herzegovina]] and [[Cuba]] participating for the first time. It was announced that [[Belgium]], [[Ireland]] and [[Russia]] would not be taking part due to various reasons. While [[Russia|Russian]] membership was kept active, the [[Ireland|Irish]] membership were frozen on-request, which makes it unlikely to see the country returning in the nearest future. [[Belgium]] however was suspended for this episode due to the breach of the rules.

[[Spain]] (best result), [[Italy]] (best result), [[Norway]] and [[Japan]] rounded out the top five. The following countries improved their results: [[Bosnia and Herzegovina]] and [[Cyprus]]. [[Bosnia and Herzegovina]] qualified for the final for the first time. It was the first time that [[Sweden]], [[Iceland]], [[Cuba]] (the debuting country), [[Azerbaijan]], [[New Zealand]], [[North Macedonia]] and [[Thailand]] failed to make it to the final.
